Inspiration points

I lost all of mine and SLOWLY but surely getting it back. I have to wait for 2000 to study a smooth stone... This takes a little bit of time. Are there any other ways to get more IP faster than to just wait until it goes up?

If you have INVESTED less than 200K total points into your character when you KO it is better to just remake a new one.

How would I know if I've invested so many points? And any tips to get my black bile started? I can't seem to find a easily forageable/craftable food that raises it.

waxing toadstools will get you a good deal of black bile, up to like 15 easily. Boiled witchcaps are even better, but make sure to boil them.
