The Worst!

I've spent around three days (playing like 8-10 hours/day) on my first week trying to flatten my little area with the basic client. With 10 phlegm because I didn't know how to glutton.

my very first world was all about fighting with my own dinosaur/toaster pc. it just crashed every min or so and i had to bother loftar all the time.
then, a map-only-wipe (not sure if it was world 2 or 3 in total, but kept chars) came.
i found my almost brand-new char on top of a snowy hill with just one smooth stone without a rope.

When the closed beta first started and you could still build braziers inside, i walked inside a house on a claim with a brazier on the inside door >.>. Didn't have vandalism. Fortunately that was accompanied by the best thing i've had happen to me in salem, the server crashed and put my body back at my leanto

Today. When the client crashed as I was carrying a deer into a hovel. I sent an alt to clear the doorway and again the client crashed as the alt was entering. My option now is to drop everything in inventory, respawn at my homestead, return to the location of the hovel (a fish camp I was establishing to ride out the final days) and destroy the hovel, risking all that was in my inventory (powder horn, musket balls, metal axe, fishing pole and shark bait).

Not worth it.

Update: Managed to get in and move the deer using the default client. WOW, the default client is claustrophobic in the extreme. Sure hope I can get Latakai's client working by the time the new world arrives.

Didn't understand gluttoning, found tons of legacy cabbage and got my black bile so high above everything else I could never recover.
