these pics are revealing of one of the best aspects of this game... the creativity and hard work people put on these towns and the results are truly inspiring...

You just reminded something I hated about other people: their OCD. So many people are so obsessed with building walls on completely flat ground despite the game allowing you to build walls on ground that has a certain elevation.
FYI: the Chinese Wall was not built on completely flat ground.
