Err... which guy? Chief dude is annoying, but he hasnt made any racially offensive slurs as far as i've seen. No one's used terms like redskin so its kinda fine.

On the contrary, I think that he is being racist towards the caucasion ethnicity. I find this mildly offensive, and if I did not grow up in the USA I would have not developed a tolerance towards his kind of behavior.

The forum and the game are two different beasts. No one is in game stopping anyone from doing anything. The forum rules, on the other hand, are generally strictly enforced, but apparently there is just an exception being made for this guy. Maybe I should start role-playing a Vietnamese prostitute, running around yelling "ching-chong ching-chong, 5 dolla sucky sucky, me so horny" while reiterating any negative stereotypes associated with Asians, making screenshots and posting everywhere on the forums. Seems in the name of role-play that would be tolerated as well.

Last time I checked "squaw" was considered an offensive racial slur. But that aside, it's the nature of his depiction of an entire race of people that is offensive, not necessarily just the individual words he's using. See the Vietnamese prostitute example.

It is in American culture cause majority of the society doesn't know the actual meaning, and Native Americans take offence that it's become a slur in todays culture and is actually fighting that it is to be banned in many fashions.
