Starting position

Guys, is this a good place to start at ?

I talk to a dude ingame and told me to come here and ask wich was the best biome to start at, since he was on a hurry and couldn't explain it to me. He just told me to try to find 3 biomes on spawn.

I think i have 4 there, Autumnal, Water, and i don't know what the others greens are :(

Edit: The palce is not safe, i already saw 4 bases next to my spawn xD

I love marshlands, but I would like to suggest that you should consider creating at least a few characters on separate accounts and using the Wilderness guide to different biomes. It is a quick and easy way to check out the map, looks for things to salvage from abandoned claims and gain access to different items that can only be found or found in abundance on different biomes.

Good Luck out there in the Wilderness!

I'm currently doing that, i created charecters on the last Server, and Found a big city (Arcadia) a dude was there and didn't answer me... then a land owned by "Ordo the Templari" but i couln't enter any of them. I think the dudes in Arcadia are trying to kill me xD

Wich biomes would you suggest to start ? I mean, the orange one and grassland should be a must?

Biomes with grass are amazing so you can farm hay. I like coniferous forest the best. But whats really important is what you like since you will spend a majority of your time there.

As Dallane said, I think it works well when you have a "grassy" biome (grasslands, marshlands, badlands, woodlands) adjacent to an autumnal or coniferous forest. Personally, I have spent most of my time in and around autumnal forests. My favorite combination is marshlands/autumnal forest, just like the pic in your first post.

Bonus features are additional biomes (including swamp) in the area, water/beaches, lime, clay, iron/copper mine. It's always nice to have a small claim with an iron mine and a lime pit in an a forest :)

I made my first camp about 30 seconds wander west from that exact spot!

And i absolutely loved it there, 10/10 would start in again.

Marshlands are my favourite biome by far, though you do need to have decent access to some sort of forest. That particular spot is pretty ideal in my opinion, apart from having so few lime pits which by now will be even more depleted than when i lived there months ago.

If be honest from my side that is very bad place/
First /area is not so perfect for digging cause i see some of highest hills(tiles)
second/not any good spots near like clay or stone or lime
and last/
Not any trees for chopping and using in production/
Madness
I would change everything in places, but to madness, I do not have enough strength
