my client still has the same issue regarding graphics memory running out, sadly :(
I have neither the crayons nor the time to explain it to you.

Your´s is the Ender client right? It is real good! But today i have experienced chraches maybe 10 times in about 3 hours. Not much but some wrong I guess it most be, they have never camed so much before. So i suppose it is that the graphics memory is running out?

No, it's Latikai. But it's an improvement of Ender's so the crashes related to memory may be the same :)

Sadly, the memory crashes are proving distinctly annoying to fix. I still haven't found any explanation at all why the custom clients have them and the default client does not, as they are using pretty much identical rendering code (which I've never messed with before :) )

That may actually be the standard client too, though. I've noticed that some Intel drivers seem to be particularly keen on not wanting to allocate more memory, especially for geometry data for some reason. One would think that textures take the most space, so I don't really know what those drivers are up to.
