Its actually 3,285 alts. They only need to paced every (3) squares on both the horizontal and vertical grid axis as ender will load the adjacent tiles. Then just cycle a hotkey script to log them all in and merge the entire world map together overnight. Poof. The next morning we just run our jpg comparison software and if ANY tile has ANY digging we just need to match that ender tile to our known list of Treaty Payers. If we don't have a match then a Brave is dispatched.

The more you know!

I'm wondering if they have been in the process of setting up the same grid on Roanoke. I see claimed leanto's all over the place.

The Roanoke Alt Matrix is only 45% completed. As such you should only see a leanto about one ever 18 ender tiles so far.

Mushibag is attempting to bend the spoon. However, that is impossible. One needs to only realize the Truth of the Alt Matrix.

Why is this legacy stuff... and while it's a ton weaker than what Tribe has... it's still considered more than current dynamics allow... why is it legacy... why do you allow legacy... and do you actually expect Salem to succeed ((and/or are you keeping server alive b/c a few dedicated still play it?))

I think I finally have a clue... and it's time to leave. Once you figure out that Jorb has ultimately screwed you over until he A. Wipes; or B. Levels/caps legacy to post update changes... the game becomes meaningless'ly pointless. It doesn't matter how hard or how long you struggle... the meanest toon built with legacy stuff will trump you handily.

You seem to be forgetting one VERY important aspect of Salem in its current state: it's in BETA, meaning it is not finished, not even close. Treating it as a completed, released, advertised, and promoted game is just ridiculous at this point. Jorb and Loftar are working diligently to improve the game, so saying that they "screwed you over" is ***** idiotic. It is THEIR game after all, and without them, there would be no Salem to ***** about.

I heard about Salem via a gaming website. http://www.gamesradar.com/25-new-mmorpg ... nd-beyond/ this is the link that first educated me on Salem.

Having played it; and enjoyed it as much I can- but most importantly- how big the dev team is and what other games they are current working on (World 7 for H/N) they are working on at the same time.

My conclusion- Salem will not leave Beta in the near future... that being <12 months. Before it does- it won't matter.... there will be far more competitive, supported, fully fleshed developer supported sandbox games, like Star Citizen (https://robertsspaceindustries.com released- that Salem will never be able to compete with.

I really hope Tribe and all its constiuents are hugging Salem for all it's worth into eternity. I certainly don't want to see a repeat in another game. Kudo's for finding a clear exploit in the game... and an indifferent developer.

Beta or not- any developer worth a damn would be jumping on Tribe's exploitation of the situation and fixing it rapidly... but it's history. There's no excuse possible at this point.

If I gave you access to the Alt-Matrix through a log-in portal @ our website for 1 week so you can see that it isn't as powerful as you think. It just shows us where the targets are but we would find those same people anyway given enough time. Last I checked Star Citizen is not perma-death, and therefore, will be a giant piece of **** compared to Salem.

As I said- I hope you are still hugging your empty world when SC and other go live.

SC just happens to be one of many kickstarter games coming out. Tides of Numera is another I looking forward too and the end of 2014.

You or a member has already stated that if the matrix was wiped- you'd quit and move on.

Save your BS for another. That dog won't hunt here.

(it was the probably most revealing comment made- most success folks can succeed in any situation. Kick them down and they get up and can repeat it; but to say you'd quit when your advantage was removed... well it's obvious that it just has to go... and let the chips fall where they may after!)

You keep acting like the Matrix is that powerful. It shows how little you actually know about how it works. Sometimes the coordinates are not even accurate and as you can tell it shows the map so zoomed in that it takes a long time to find out which forest the player is actually located in.

See for youself by looking at yesterdays output results.
