Playing with your friend

I've just started playing, and I got my friend to play it aswell.

But I've been looking around, and it seems like him or I need to have 150 silver.
And that seems a bit unfair, since I just want to play with my friend.

Any feedback, would be really nice!

You can earn silver by selling dried skins in Boston or learning Indian Tracking and selling Indian Necklaces. Both are sold to the NPC stalls.

You can have your friend walk to your location. It may take a few hours (or more). Some locations are not easy to get to. If you are both somewhat new.. Why not depart from your home city together, and settle somewhere that suits you. Plenty of abandoned bases all around.

As far as 150 silver, you will want to raise that soon so that you can add a little bit of protection to your claim.

Pick up ALL snake skins you find in logs, and sell hay to others. You will have 150 in no time.
