Came back playing and Homestead dissapered

Hello guys , i was playing Salem like 8 months ago , and came back to enjoy the game.

When i logged in , i was in my Homestead location , but there was nothing that i had there ( im sure people destoryed it) but still , that area isnt mine anymore.
when i want to travel to Homestead it says i dont own an Homestead , what should i do now?
How do i get an Homestead without going to Boston?

If you build a lean-to and stand close to it you can port between Boston and it.

You can build a leanto from two hay and ten woodblocks, assuming you have studied the 'hiking' skill (it's a pretty basic skill, you only need lore of the lumberwoods as a prerequisite, I think).

You also need to right-click the lean-to and choose the homestead option from the flower menu.
