A Shadow, a walker that plagues this land,
A former shell, but the husk of a man
It's hands dripping with the blood it has shed,

Well, not confirmed yet but it looks like 'Mountain Jew of Dagestan' has already gone down. Apparently Franklin slipped a waste claim by him.

Looks like he splashed damaged into the plank fence then wasted that. Heaven's walls are right up to the town line. I was able to walk all the way to the interior without a problem so either the doors were left open by Juda or this is a con. You might want to close those doors Jalpha and fix those walls.
