Newbie question - getting to town

Hi all,

So I'm very new to Salem, but definitely loving it, and I'm gradually learning how things work.

Quick (stupid) question - how do I find my way back to the main town once I've randomly teleported out into the Wilderness? I know I can teleport back but that means I can't bring any items back with me. If I want to get back to town with a few items what's the best way to do it?

You can teleport to town with items if you're standing next to your lean to or on your claim (whichever is your homestead).
