My friend and I are looking for rookie players like us to make a cooperative group. We are sick and tired of wandering alone If you are new to the game, or someone just kicked your ass - come and join us. We can help each other and eventually build up a safe place.

This is a risky way of recruiting. You are bound to get griefers in your group.

Well, we have nothing to steal at the moment. Anyways, every way seems risky in this game. Maybe you could give me some advice?

Holy ****, that's hilarious.

The ideal way of doing it is to have a couple of guys/girls that know eachother in real life as a core.
Build the place up with them. Then start recruiting people slowly. 1 by one maybe a couple of weeks/months between each new one.
Have the newcomers reside outside the main area, but provide them with basic tools for production like oven, ore smelter and so on. Get to know them. Let them build in their own area.
If you get to trust a person after 6 months, then let him in to the main area or give them some important function in your town.
