Hey mate

I saw you said you want something more developed and stable, so this definitely isn't for you... but in case you don't find what you're looking for, I figured I'd offer.

I have a pretty nice location in Jamestown. I'm still a fairly new character, and don't have much more than a claim and a few things to start with, but I'd be happy to be your neighbor if you want. I focus on everything EXCEPT fighting on all of my characters, so they are all jacks-of-all-trades. I'd be more than willing to provide food / other supplies to you, just for the protection of having an experienced fighter nearby.

So I know it isn't what you're looking for, but like I said, if you can't find anything else, there's a warm neighbor waiting here.
