(Jamestown) Looking for town for Darkness

Hi there!
I'm tired of living alone. I would like to join a community whose eventual purpose is to make expeditions to the darkness, and making a safe settlement. I understand game mechanics and I am generally active. My average skill level is 24. I'm already making iron but it's boring to do it alone!

I would love a friendly town where I can specialize. (Either farming, cooking, or carpentry would be awesome but anything will do, even soldier)
I am very polite and will always help when I can.
