What I can offer
A good location, I am located in a Autumnal forest, right next to a large lake. Supplies are plentiful around the homestead. Stone and Lime are close by. Grasslands are but a stones throw both north and south and the Desert Biome is a 3 minute walk.
Safety, I can offer a fenced in area and a claim that has paid it's dues. I can offer a safe haven away from the harsh environments outside the fence. With the claim your lean-to will not decay finding yourself without a home without warning. Your stuff in your home will not be stolen or tampered with. Your items are yours and yours alone. "I cannot control raids, although i have done all I can to defend against it."
A house, You will have your own small home on the property. I have spent all morning building it and supplying storage inside. That is your space and you may do whatever you wish within it. Your stuff inside will be safe and untouched by anyone but you. "Please understand this is a small home and space is limited, my homestead is small so i provided what I could, not fancy, but yours."
A friend, I will take gains and losses with you. I will work by your side and accomplish whatever we deem important until it is complete, I am not lazy. There is no leadership or mayor, this is a partnership, all gains and losses will be absorbed by us both. You will find that building your own homestead is satisfying, although you will also find it is quite lonely and desolate most of the time. I am pretty sure my toon was talking to himself last night, that is exactly why I decided to go this route.
Equipment, I have the bare basic equipment, BUT it was a long road to get it. It will progress your toon just that much faster.
What I don't offer.
Third party chat. The in game chat is all I use. No need for anything else.
Free stuff. I worked hard to get hat I have, I expect you to do the same. Partnership, not Salvation Army.
What I am looking for.
Maturity, This is an absolute. I don't want drama or the like. I will respect you and yours and I expect no less from you.
Farmer, I have already trained a lot of the manufacturing side to build and maintain the homestead. It seems this is a full time job. What I have not learned in great detail is farming. although this is not all we would need this would definitely work well under the circumstances. If you like the farming side that would definitely be a plus.
If your new, that is not a problem we will work to get you where you need to be, I don't expect you to bring anything but the shirt on your back. If your looking to scam me, don't bother unless your in need of sticks and leaves? I don't have anything worth stealing. Forgot to mention. I am central standard time USA. I play most of the weekend and nights weekdays.
