Plymouth player (quite new) looking for town

I've clocked about 20 hours gameplay by now by my reckoning and beginning to get the hang of the game.
However, my other attempts and replying to village topics have gone in vain, as no one appears to reply. Perhaps I'm looking in the wrong places.
Irregardless, i decided to try posting my own topic, so anyone with any sized town, i'd be interested in becoming part of it.
I'm English, play a few hours a day and generally get quite a bit done. Thanks.
