Jamestown LFG farmer/fisherman

Hi,

Just got a hang of this great game and would like to join a group around Jamestown area. I'm willing to participate actively on village crafting (definitely not leeching). Just got settling and aiming now for agriculture, carpentry and hideworking.

Preferred roles:
Farmer/fisherman
Skinner/tanning
Carpenter

Preferred village location/fellow villagers:
-near water (lake/sea/rivers)
-people over age 20 (i'm over 30 )
-cooperative and different specialities
-hopefully from different countries (always someone around)

Hey now,

A friend and I have settled some hours of travel away from Jamestown. We're not pro, but we're nice. Sort of.
We've been discussing introducing more members to our little settlement, and eventually expand it to a village.

I have chosen the route of hunting, butchering and skinning, while he has gone down the path of agriculture and set up some farms. Seeing as we're both fairly new to the game (played a couple of weeks back in April), we haven't really decided right now what specialities to choose.

We're both from Sweden, but I will be spending the next 1½ months in the US (playing from there).

I am 31, my friend is a little younger at 26 (?), but he makes up for it with two kids.

The settlement is very nicely located in the close vicinity of terrains you'll like.
