I just wanted to give a proper farewell to you folks as I am taking a break from Salem for a while. It just boils down to getting burned out by the game and not having any motivation to log in anymore, especially since those regular updates I used to rely on as much as I rely on getting my fix of crack every day stopped coming. Absolutely nothing to do with the fine community here which I have enjoyed greatly and am honored to have been a part of, in fact you guys are the only reason I continued to log in as long as I have been once the game went into it's current state of stasis.

I am sure once enough time elapses and the game developers get back into the groove and make some significant improvements and maybe make a new server I'll have the urge to give it another try. Until then: keep up the good fight!

Too bad you are leaving On the other hand, I share your feelings. The single reason I log in anymore is for the community and people I know.
