I, Chief PeePooKaKa, Council Elder of the MM Tribe and savior or squatters, hereby declare in this 15th Day of June in the year of our Great Spirit One Thousand Eight Hundred and Sixty Three that all Worms be free and that from this day forward we live in peace.

In the days before The Great Famine and long before we entered a Time Paradox without Paradox, Worms were treated with dignity and respect. A faithful companion who would visit you upon long jaunts of digging and a trusty sidekick to the heroic humus that made our Humours possible. However, after the Purity Movement during the era of Drunken Jorb the harmony that co-existed between us and our worms took a terrible turn for the worst.

In previous weeks I have witnessed the traffic'ing of worms via both this thread and in Boston. I have personally entered bases where worms are being segregated based on the color of their purities. Here you can see an entire section of "greens" who have been forced to go to a compost bin with other "greens".

There was even a horrible incident where a worm was being forced to generate humus in a bin against his will simply so his master could use it for cotton planting.

It all began when an inspiring worm named Polly Python was asked to move from an inventory to the back of a backpack to make space for other items. Polly refused to move and it was that act of bravery that inspired us to stand up and fight for the rights that have slowly been stripped from our worms, worms who are equals in the eyes of our Great Spirit. It is for that reason that each time we gaze upon Polly our heart throbs and pulsates with intensity. For she is truly an inspiring and arousing creature.

From this day forward, under the powers vested under Article IVof the MM Tribe Treaty, any player caught Trafficing in worms, Selling Worms into slavery, Selling a Worm on a stall, or otherwise disrespecting worms shall be punished by the full force of the Tribe. You may keep worms but if you do they shall be treated with the utmost respect and not like "property". For in the end... Are they really that different from you and I?

I trust you will do the right thing.

I had been turning a blind eye to these acts of prejudice, but no longer shall I let the seeds of oppression take root!
