Let the case of
Heceldi vs. Soviet Stupid begin
The Allegation Heceldi Claims that a Russian gentlemen broke down his gates. Stole his things, and assaulted his village-mate.
The Plaintiff Heceldi is a Treaty Paying member of Salem who was in good standing at the time of the crime. Luckily for him I was already several hours away from Boston and was able to make a quick visit to investigate this situation. The Scents and Crimes were very much in the areas he described.
The Defendant The Defendant in this case was NOT a treaty paying individual who is apparently of Russian Origin. Due to his name and his text being stupid little characters and letters drawn backwards that made no sense we will refer to him has Soviet Stupid. Upon approaching Soviet Stupid we learned that he had been AFK for some time sitting in his base from the Plaintiff. This horrible gameplay fits the description of what we would expect from a Russian player as cited by Rebecca's testimony in an earlier thread on the forums. As well as a horrible base design where braziers were inside but not in range of his exterior walls.
The Deliberation Due to the obvious scents, an eye-witness who happens to be a treaty payer, and a poor background of not paying the treaty himself I believe this case is a very easy one and requires almost no deliberation.
The Verdict In the case of
Heceldi vs. Soviet Stupid I find the Defendant GUILTY of
(1) Count of Not Paying his Treaty
(2) Counts of Waste on a Treaty Payer
(1) Count of speaking a stupid language.
(2) Counts of Larceny I sentence him to DEATH.
Also due to the plaintiff being a Treaty member in good standing I hereby award him with 25+ Chests of the Defendants possessions..
I also award the Plaintiff 2 Boats from the Defeandant as additional damages.
Oh... And we can't forget about the witness
This court is now adjourned.
