Playmouth - is the best server

PlAAAAAAAAAAymouth sucks even more with you there now.

Ill advice new players to roll Roanoke because of the social aspect. If you want slightly more freedom roll Jamestown.

Only roll Plymouth if you want to play with a moron called Brego and pay additional upkeep for your claims.

This post is completely objective, plenty of sources.

I would suggest Plymouth as well and pay the treaty. I’m not sure where the likes of Cawalox get off making those statements. My wife and I have been playing on Plymouth since we started in November of last year. All the folks in Tribe have been incredibly helpful to us. I don’t know if there are scents on the items in the stalls but what does it matter. The Chief knows where my base, he’s even been over for tea. Take a look at the items on sale at the stalls on Plymouth then look at the other servers. Look at Khaz’s link here below and tell me if you can get those goods on another server (and keep them)?

Making claims the Tribe acts irrational is non-sense. The Tribe acts in a perfectly economically rational fashion. Assuming you aren’t behaving in an uncivilized manner and you’re paying treaty with them, it is not in their economic interest to cause any harm to you. The more successful a player, the more treaty is paid. Also, who kills there trading partners.

Jamestown has the least characters with with 500+ humours so you can just build some decent defenses and it will keep everyone other than Darwoth out and Darwoth just ignores most people. The main thing you need to do is to figure out who is active in your area, Jamestowns groups are mostly small regional ones.

Don't turn my words I never said that I like to be social. The most players play on Roanoke so we have plenty of social towns around and thats why I recommend Roanoke the most.

And hell yeah I am a social player but only to my friends but thats not relevant.

Just play on all 3 servers. You can have social hour, be tribal slave, and avoid the pirates all at the same time.

Is there normally a reason behind him killing people? Or does he just kill who ever he finds?..

Darwoth will kill someone if that person is crossing his path, settled near one of his cities, or being rude to him while being unprotected. (or clearly possessing high purity stuff but there's little chances that it happens in Jamestown nowadays). Basically, if you're obviously not worth it, he wont attack your place unless you're too close of him.

The pirate gang are two persons, Captain James and Indefatiguable, and will mostly attack towns and pclaims badly protected in the north of the Jamestown map.

The raiding force of Utopia is composed of between 4 and 6 people (for now -they are recruiting- and depending on their mood), located south of map and so will mostly attack people on the south, pretty randomly, but theorically, not if you are a trading partner, some kind of a friend of them, or even if they only know you more of less (but in this case you'd better be sure they recognize you because they tend to attack people by mistake.) They are pretty reliable trading partners -avoid Whitepoint (Meurseult), tho- and are nice to talk with.

There are multiple trading places and persons, and if you wanna "meet" them, you can PM me your skype nickname and I'll add you to our Jamestown Skype Conversations (we currently have two of them, a trading one and a "whatever" one.). there people will almost instantly answer whatever question you have about whatever you wanna know.

Good luck in your settling in Jamestown, and welcome :)

seems that every server has some sort of ruling class with more than 1 char with humors of 500+ that demands payment for safety or somesuch.

Er... No there's nothing like that on Jamestown. And on Roanoke, Candy Gang is gone so...

Thank you for the information, Cheena. I would be more than happy to stay out of Darwoth's way, haha. As for the Skype, I will probably be in touch. I look forward to making trade partners and friends along the journey that is Salem. And to the people arguing that Plymouth is best.. That was not my question, my question was about Jamestown and Jamestown politics/relations/etc. I appreciate the information but I would like to just clarify that. Further information on Jamestown is appreciated as I would like to know all that I am able.

Just for you Brego. By the way, I can only understand about 1/3 of the sentences you write so I will assume your main language is not english. Just letting you know so you can try a little harder with the translation.

Also, please stop calling me a idiot. I in no way have tried to insult you and right from the start you have made me want to avoid Plymouth like the plague.
