Plymouth is absolutely thriving. Yesterday morning I saw more admirals jacketed players than I have ever seen and the server report was showing 39 (next time I'll screenshot it). However I guarantee the majority of them don't have presence here. Can't begging to say how many bases I've seen lately just walking around. Gardarike was one of them. And that was months ago that I first saw them. Plenty of time for them to have decided if they were going to play along with the politics. That they chose to spend it building more braziers sort of announces their choice and that's totally on them. Plenty of people on the forums that do talk a big game though that are on Plymouth and do enough of it to make up for the rest. And make it an entertaining place to be.
