If Gallows Hill was the Preeminent Faction

Okay, making a new thread about this and I hope to maybe finally get some answers. So many people revile the MM Tribe for their actions now that they are the biggest and strongest faction on the server. But I know that wasn't always the case. I believe Gallows Hill fell just a few days before I created my account.

So, what if it hadn't fallen? If Gallows Hill had won and were now the preeminent faction of Plymouth, what would be happening to everyone else? Would I, as a hermit, be safer? Would the newbies of the server be safer? Would the new players be more or less likely to be griefed, roflstomped, and driven away?

I'd like a real answer to these questions. I know it won't help much to ask, but I'm asking you trolls to please make a serious answer.

I'm not asking for any opinions about the tribe. I'm asking for your opinions about Gallows Hill. And its history.

The difference between GH and the Tribe is that GH doesn't larp without a Colesie in it

The ones who are in the best position to tell you what would have happened, if GH'd have won, would be the people in GH, but I doubt anyone is going to shed light on that, since, amoung other things, quite a few people consider you to be a tribe groupie.

People forget the days before the MM tribe, were GH members raided consistently and killed newbs, but mostly never bragged about it to the extend MM did/does.

Whether or not GH would become a MM 0.5 depends on whether or not the members would be able to keep focusing on ranger-duty exclusively or if they eventually grew bored of it and went raid-mode.

Maybe noone really knows the answer to it even if they are honest with themselves.

Close to the end of GH (and the time I was there) the only time we really "raided" was when the defense/crime updates took place and we went out to test it but the only time we killed anyone was at Blame PmP. On top of it all, we were attacked first there. The average GH day was mostly just farming (and me building church gardens)
