Hello,

I wanted to know if those 3 buildings (leanto , Stake claim and Town bell) can be destroyed when they are claimed and active , aka with money inside ?
If raider(s) need some specific skills to destroy them (waste ?) ; and how hard it is to destroy it ?

Leanto can be destroyed with Waste. It will leave a scent. A player cannot do so without waste.

Stake Claim cannot be destroyed until it runs out of silver. It can be taken down by the owner of a town if he has a town bell next to it (even if it has silverin it).

A town cannot be destroyed until it runs out of silver. Under any circumstance.

A stake claim will be destructible for a few minutes if someone has been guided there by the wilderness guide (the stake will be emitting smoke)
So think twice before making new characters for a homestead with a murderer still present

Some incomplete posts here.

If someone ports in on your claim (that you didn't knowingly invite). Any structure that's on your pclaim can be destroyed by you w/o scents. A lean too on a town claim (even if you are mayor) can NOT be destroyed w/o leaving scents.

If a lean too is on town claim AND your pclaim... and you own plcaim... you can destroy it w/o scents.

Essentially anything on your pclaim... can be wiped by you w/o leaving scents- including the Bell (which is why if you build a Bell and became mayor...make damn sure your plclaim covers it... else abother will do it... wipe your Bell and take over)

If it's just on town claim... different story. If it's not on either- any destruction will leave scents.

How long will scents last? I honestly don't know... I haven't bothered with anything but murder... which hypothetically lasts 14 days... ask me again in 10.

Frakked, almost everything you just said was either missleading or downright wrong. You can't destroy a town bell just because you have a pclaim on it. Unless it runs out of silver, only the mayor can take it down.

The only thing you came close to getting right is that any leanto can be destroyed if it's on a pclaim without leaving scents or having waste as long as you own or have waste permissions on that pclaim.
