Can't TP to town

Inventory is empty and can't teleport to town. An I missing something?

Be sure you're clicking the Boston button and not the home button.
Try relogging. Try moving away from your leantoo and see what it says. Try building a second leantoo and seting your homestead there.

there is no Boston button there's a button with a picture of a hammer and gavel labeled town(ctrl+p) and its greyed out.
