Salem

Hey guys, its been a long while since i've been in Salem, and have just got back into the game recently. I've never been a hardcore player like some of you, with my highest character before getting killed having biles in the 50's a long while back. Obviously, gluttony has changed a fair bit and I was wondering what level humours I should be getting my characters up to, to be considered decently levelled.

Of course, but if I average out the answers, I can come up with a rough estimate to what I want my characters to be at. I don't want one or two characters, but a whole bunch so if (when) I die, I have backups

I take my working alts to the 60's ('nuff for bears) - the others still haven't reached the hard-cap, but i'll keep pushing them.

My subjective answer.

Yeah, pretty much. You get your ordinary characters to 60-80 so you can easily kill bears and that's it. And for raiders you have to go as high as possible. Probably at least 300.

You'll find anything over 100 difficult without purity mats... difficult as in more than 5 hrs per bile...

You should make purity a priority early...

Lead is easiest... mostly b/c water is super easy to get. Go North of Boston 10-20 min via canoe (I never bothered to time it)... but the water source is off the coast where it can't be capped by anyone... 49.5 lead water. Look for what I call... tent city... lots of lean too's... or just test the water every so often. Can't miss it.
