50 Hour mushroom poisoning?

Hey guys, its been a few months since ive been in salem, and i made my new character and such as started raising my biles a little. I used one of the poisonous witch hat mushrooms during gluttony and it has given me a 50 hour mushroom poison debuff. Is this an intended duration? It seems a little much.

Yea, i would have used the laxative, but i havent unlocked it yet and ive ran out of inspiration :/

Maybe you'll find someone willing to trade it to you in main city. Just don't follow them out of village claim :p
