Server selection

I can find an explanation, so i figured I'd ask.
Before the reset, I was on Roanoke, I like it there. I played back in December.
I've got my cash store dosh in bank, and I NEED me some Roanoke. But, alas I cannot choose it during server selection.
What be the reason for this mutiny? Why can I only choose Providence? (Rhode Island smells bad).

Second, where are the stalls in Providence. Are they user created now? This second question may be irrelevant, it's reason for existence hinges on the answer to the first. If someone lays down the science on whole Roanoke thing, and I can jump ship, I'll worry about that **** in Virginia.

There's only 1 server, the new game mechanics blow, and overall the population is 100'ish. A few Roa people still play, but ALOT of people have left already

And there are no stalls anymore. Guess the devs just didn't like them?
