so i just recently come back to the new world and ive been toying around trying to check whats new and whats not.
sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo.............. ive been told that elements now matter very little and purity is the way to go. is this true? raising a particular element has nothing to do with the outcome of food?i mean we used to be able to toy with it to make a certain type of food go to blood of bb for example, is this over?

Yep. You also should try new system- it works completely different. Instead of exact figures we got range. And all food now is classified in different ways (so eating stake for instance you gain kinda decrease in the value of second stake).
you can look to some figures
nextSo- no longer exact "colour" is necessary

i see. i kinda figured eating same times of food in a row is no longer viable.
but if elements no longer aftect the direction of what biles the food you eat goes...that means there is no point in trying to raise all 4elements purity. you can pick one and sitck to that cause more than one is a waste right?
sry im just curious, i cant test this myself yet so why not ask xD

Yes... sticking with one will get you the best results under the current rules. Personally i'm focusing on one and doing a little side work on the others as a hedge.
Rules may change at any point.
My best water currently is 6% yellow... but if i find 10% red it will be nice to have a bit of red all ready working
etc.

There are reasons to have more than one; animals near you will generally not be the same element as your best water/lime/granite, so it can be useful to grind all four elements at once to match the animals that you happen to kill.
However its way too much work, so I guess most small groups/hermits will just grind one :p
