Destroying unused leanto is it a crime?
Also destroying any structure inside my claim. Is it criminal act?

AFAIK if the structure is on your claim you will leave no scent, If its not on your claim you will leave a scent if you destroy any structure.

You will leave scents wasting any claimed leanto not on your own claim. But otherwise, only claimed buildings are protected.
