skullpins are easy to make, noob cloths are easy to get.
As well as hidecape and snakeskin belt.

yeah that's what ive been trying, skull/buck/broach and jute gear mainly with straw shoes and hide cape. Figured there might be something better to use down the line. Easier for slotting I mean

Frontier duster takes brooch and inlays pretty easy.

BTW brooch and inlays increase only wood chopping speed, right? Does anyone remember by how much?

Yeah the only item I have propery slotted is the duster (buck/skull) the rest have one break and one slot. Think the hide cape is sorted fine too.

@Procne Feathered Brooch and buck no longer have 'Tree Chopping' so im guessing everything 'Tree Chopping' is now 'Woodworking'. I noticed good speeds with both whacking out boards and murdering trees

Any other clothie bits that are handy? I dont wanna start wasting cloth on trial and error this early in the game

just look at the items. The only proficiencies that matter are those that appear both on the piece of clothing and on the artifact

It's all woodworking now and increases not only tree chopping, but also woodblock hewing and board sawing.

Buckskin and brooch do 10, but skullpin does 25.
