Can anyone help me out with blood? I have 22 but I have to raise it past 26. I just keep raising it via yellow bile dominant food and just get lucky. Can anyone tell me what is a good food that will surely raise blood?

Nice work, I myself prefer to have a chest with each food type to keep a track of what gives what. That works too.

I knew how to tell what gives what but like I said I can't find anything for blood. But thanks mosyo. That does help a ton

Frog chowder, tendergrass and buddies on a branch will give you lots of blood.
