I have a pclaim, and my claim stone is in a pretty inconvenient place. Is there any way to move it?

a) If I declaim, do I get any money back?
b) If I make a townbell, can I use eminent domain on myself and move it that way, to avoid losing money?

You don't get your money back if you declaim.

Making a town bell and eminent domaining it would cost a Lot more money, not even counting the cost of the bell.

Your only option, really, is to just cut your losses now.

Well I mean I was thinking of making a townbell anyway, as a defensive measure (since then someone would need a waste claim to steal my stuff). Does that not make sense?

Once you have a town bell - stop paying upkeep on your pclaim. Once the upkeep runs out you can destroy it.

there's no difference with simply declaiming it, though.
