i got knocked out from ***** running. why is this i thought only losing all the red bar (blood) would make that happen

You can't KO from running (running uses phlegm). Either a snake bit you,you ate a devil's wort or something similar..

You can actually KO from wander? My bad then..

You can most likely KO that way if you're in the darkness. It's quite imperceptible near the edge of the darkness when you're already low on one bile due to wandering.

i wasnt wandering though i used run and i wasnt attacked by anything i saw my blood bar was full 100% none used even when i was laying on the ground with stars above my head it was full. did i have some kinda freak glitch or something

My guess is you entered darkness, and the bile drain KOed after you ran out of phlegm due to running
