Is there anyway to increase the level or the rate per second that you passively gain inspiration to study inspirationals? If there is I would like to know. If there isn't, i'd still like to know.

Inspiration regen rate seems to scale non linearly with black bile, in that the more black bile you get the less it increases, but it still does increase quite a bit.
The second way to modify it is to study the learning skills available : Literacy, A formal education, aristotelian logic

Do you know the rate of increase when you have all three skills?

I think the first two give a 5% bonus, aristotelian logic gives a 10% bonus.

Alright thank you, it took me a half hour to figure out why I couldn't use any inspirationals. Now I know why.

I have 13 BB and all 3 learning skills - Literacy, A Formal Education, and Aristotelian Logic.

Cap: 342,000; 1.18/s

Alright, thats awesome. I have a problem waiting to use an inventory almost full of inspirationals.
