Closed Beta Packages Question

I saw a lot of people got their Closed Beta stuff back from Post Office, while some people (include myself) didn't. I ask jorb or loftar to clear up this case, please.

For my part I got 2 english snuff from post office and approximatively 2500 silver from banker but none of the closed beta pack.
I supposed that i got these things because they were already on post office / banker before wipe , but not sure : that was on a crappy storage account mostly unused .

One of my accounts still has 2 snuff in the postmaster, while another one (which I am 100% had the beta package at postmaster still) no longer has it available.

I can see how we may or may not get them - but selectively/randomly ? There are people who DID get/keep their beta package, apparently.

I'm not sure what you mean by Closed Beta Packages, but i received my 2 Redcoat Packages, 1 Adventure package, 2 Lucky boxes and a Birth Certificate which i purchased last world.

closed beta packages were given out when we went from closed to open beta, to every account from closed beta. They hold, among other things, the plymouth rock armor.
