So far it looks like the same foods have the same bonuses, so not any huge changes in what to eat. Someone else might have a different opinion.

Is there like a guide I can look at to know which ones are the best to level the different humors? Also. Inspiration.. is that a new thing? How do you get it to go up faster

Other than Sevenless's thread stickied in this forum, no, there is no good guide for gluttony. There are a few threads with suggestions for early and mid game for each of the biles, though, and both wikis have sortable tables to look up foods, but those may be a bit before they're updated properly with the recent changes.

Higher black bile = higher inspiration regen
3 skills give bonus too:
literacy (~4% bonus), formal education (~4% bonus), aristotelan logic (i heard about +10% bonus but i do not have that skilly myself yet so i'm not sure)

As for food, new important thing is: how long you have to wait for next gluttony session after eating said food.
For example look at newb yellow bile food:
lavender blewit and sugar cap
You'll notice that after eating sugar caps you don't have to wait for such long time as after eating lavender blewits.
Lobster mushroom is awesome for both yb and blood but its hard to find.(rare)

the in game Help for Gluttony is very concise and well written...

that been said, you can also learn intuitively by entering Gluttony and not eating anything, just mouseover the foods and notice the humour bars showing how much each will fill if you eat that.. you can enter and leave Glutonny just to observe this, as long as you don't eat anything... once you eat the game is on, but there's no time restrictions either, so take your time to mouseover and observe the bars during Gluttony too..

once you eat in glutonny there's a debuffs list bellow the humors... again, mouseover foods and you'll notice the humor bars gets less full when a debuff applies... the possible debuff is highlighted when you mouseover the food...

take your time and observe these things while in-game
