The new spiders in the Providence look really dangerous. I was avoiding them so far, and I met some players telling me they can perma-kill me. Is that true? Is there some serum or anything?

Can someone describe their attack tactics and ways how to avoid them, or how to flee when they attack?

I've been bumping into them a lot, and they never aggroed me.

so i decided to test the new creature..on guard it hit me for 2 damage and i hit it with 2 damage as well.but right after the hit i couldn't move,next hit i saw my first starts in providence lol . didn't have a chance to run/dodge.might of been bad luck and could of been a critical hit
who knows but i wont try it again since KO means loose of inspirations(not confirmed since it crashed as i tried to take a screenshot).
the fight was over in about 2 sec.

if anyone gets more info on this guys it would be great

spiders hit my friend for around 10 when he foolishly tried to fight one earlier today xD hope that helps, and they just KO you

Just KO - OK, that is something I can put up with (and as for inspiratons, normally I do not have much of them anyway). Will serve me will for not paying attention, same as snakes. I was afraid of perma-deatch because of a such mistake.

I've had the best experience with the Spider . I was stalking one, because it was the first time I saw it, ran up to it, smacked it in the face with my Sword, it stuck me in position so i screamed, stabbed it again dealing a total of 6 damage, then it rocked me, 2 brothers came to my attention trying to save me, in the end it ended up with a triple kill, and just waddled off with a big ole smile and victory -.- i was ashamed..

So in other words spiders are much more powerful than the bevers and deers. Maybe similar to the snake?

More like March Hare than deer... just stick with hit and run tactics. The webs are easy to avoid if you back off a little (4-6 spaces) after you hit it.
