Locking your house

Its possible to lock farmer house or mine entrance? Friend tell me that before wipe it was possible, now neither of us is able to do so.
And I apologize if it was already sayed but I search for 30 minutes on forum and didnt find it.
Also one more question about summoning system. If you summon someone you can beat him and kill him (if you have "story of Cain and Abel'') no matter what was his crime?

you can't lock a farmer house, neither a mine entrance.
About summonning, yes.

Has to be a crime they can be summoned for: Battery (KO), Murder, Theft, or Waste

Yes it was fixed for houses, but still works for mines.

Claim stones dont have hitboxes anymore, how are you able to block a mine with a claim stone?
