Have they been changed? i used to get 1 out of 10 rattlers, while none on the last 40 although my proficiencies have all been raised up.

You probably need find someone to help you slot them. On what server are you playing?

thank you. just wanted to cover the case that was unlucky and fell into a bug, or some of the factors (like certain proficiency min value requirements) for a successful hit have been changed.

It's entirely possible that they did change it, but if they did there was no public announcement. Can't really tell when it comes to RNG, but I'm inclined to think they would've mentioned it somewhere by now if they changed it.
