Newbie Achievement

From a new casual player, as of perhaps two or three months, I've come to wonder upon these questions.
At what point does blood and yellow bile become not frivolous during player vs. player combat?
How many braziers within a stone wall is necessary to stop the 'average Joe'?
Within regards to humors, how high should I expect to go before running against the slope of purity?
Thanks in advance for any replies!

I am not sure I understand the first question.
Average Joe is not a raider and he wont be leaving scents. If you are against an average raider you need as much braziers as you can fit on your claim, stone wall is not much of a defense.
You could probably hit 150-200 without purity stuff. But you should try to make your life easier and acquire purity stuff before that.

1. Depends on your opponent, if you have 10 yb and blood, you will get crushed by a player with 20, and you could crush a player with 5
2. 10 braziers will stop your "average crap raider" if you have more important stuff in there, then add more braziers
3. Purity humus/boards/worms are available in vendor stalls in all 3 major cities, so that question is null

I forget what the damage ratios are, but with proper management, you can do more than your YB in damage without having to eat to refill it. Thus a highly skilled fighter, even when at lower biles, can take on a player with higher stats and still have some chance of winning.

I wasn't about to go into diminished returns. Or gear... 5 yb and 8 snake skulls would probably stand a good chance against 10 blood, but when I saw the term "average"... Lol

I wasn't even thinking of gear. With gear, it's not even an issue due to the increased damage output. One just has to be careful not to get hit instead of running out of YB before the fight is over.

I'm a newbie and I'm on the Ronoake as well, everytime i saw a good place to settle, i saw another base've been destroyed. Some even have alot braziers(and only have 1 layer of stone hedge, should they have more layer? three?). I feel to much of fear, can someone please give me some advice? Where should i settle? What should i do? (don't ask me change server, i chose Ronoake when even i knew this world has a ton of griefer/thief, i don't want to live in a bored world

).
Should i just choose a good place(where have some base've been detroyed) for a temp base while focus on building my character and find another place when someone attack it. Or i should take my time to find a final place which i can invest as much as i can on it.
Sorry about my english!

Most of the places you see were people who played then quit, their camps raided after the claim went down. Just find a good spot and settle in, you should "overall" be fine
