Where can I get the Items from Shop?

Q: I bought some items from the shop. When will I get them, and where?

you can get them by talking to the postmaster in boston. For roa he is located just north of the statue, next to the clothes seller (i'm not sure where he is on other servers).
I have neither the crayons nor the time to explain it to you.

A: Immediately after you've bought them. In the Game. Post Officer or Bankster's Office on your server.
