Why won't Salem download?!

Salem won't download for me, it keeps saying my security settings isn't allowing the 'self-signed application' to run. Yet, I've completely disabled my firewall, added the location link to trusted sites, and went to properties to unblock it... What else is there to do?! Or can I just not play? Could anyone help?
