Offering hermit settlement on Jamestown

Postby AndieRan » Fri Jan 10, 2014 9:38 pm

I have played this game for quite some time, but I decided to leave now. My story is:

First my settlement was robbed and griefed. Then I fell into a simple trap. One of those who robbed me left a claimed leanto near my house with some of my containers in it. I committed a larceny to get those containers back, but this gave the person an opportunity to summon and kill me.

I was getting bored by the game anyway, and those were the last straws. I decided to quit now, I do not feel like developing my character again only to face the same situation again a few weeks later. If there is anyone who would like to receive my settlement and continue developing it, convince me here you are worthy of it and I will pass it to you.

The settlement is a claim near water, a few hours walk from the main city with a house and many devices, including both iron and copper mines and an ore smelter, oil press, alchemy table and other equipment. There are some trees planted nearby with few percents of lead purity and plenty of gardening pots, some of the with few percent of lead purity.

Let's see some pictures, I'm curious to see what kind of defences you bothered to make.

I did not bother to make any. (And not that it would help in my case - I was killed when not logged in, as I described).

I would like to play this game in a peaceful way, not bothering anyone and not being bothered. If that is not possible, I guess it is time to look for some other game.

Right, because you can get killed when not logged in without having left scents.
I have neither the crayons nor the time to explain it to you.

So you ***** around leaving scents and get summon killed by letting the killer walk to your leanto without any trouble?
You deserved it.

That's not the question. The question was to know who wanted his settlement, he's not asking for anything else, you don't need to be assholes with this guy, he's leaving the game anyway, and not even complaining about anything. -_-
Trust your enemies more than your friends. Your enemies will never betray you.

Been playing a few months, returning player. I have wanted to start on jamestown xD If you wouldn't mind me and a few friends developing it and maybe turning it into a town claim in the future then I'd be happy to take it off your hands. Sorry you feel you have to leave the game and I hope you come back :P I'd keep you kinned so you can come back to your old place if you decide to return to salem
