So I just started prospecting and the Ore Nodes it keeps leading me to. just like some painting a 5 year old did with purple, green and brown randomly around it. Are these actual nodes or what?

These are water nodes, you can build wells on top of them.

Yes, they can. Keep looking.

Iron and copper nodes, to be blunt, look like buttholes.. Iron has gray swirls in it, copper has a brownish copper color
