I built a Pilgrim's hovel on my claimed land. With time, I have expanded my claim and built a Farmer's house. With the new house, I try to destroy the old one so I get more free land to do things. I tried, but i didnt even reach 1%.
I just have 23 Phlegm, maybe thats the problem.
Would be nice if someone can tell if would be possible for me to destroy it or would be better to forget about it. I play solo, so no one can help me to do it.

I think it will be possible to destroy it, but 23 phlegm is pretty low.

It is possible, I don't actually know what minimum phlegm you should have for that, but you apparently don't have enough.

I seem to recall that 25 phlegm is the 1% damage border, so obviously you'd want a little more than that.

A stone wall has a soak value of 15, meaning it will absorb phlegm 22.5 or less. Does the pilgrim's hovel really have more soak than a stone wall?

Houses do have more soak than stone hedges.
