Why does this field produce sea island cotton and egyptian cotton?

Since the sum of the cabbage and grain bars are over 150, I get T2 and T3 products. Since the cabbage bar is higher than the grain bar, I should get Indian cotton, right? I actually get sea island and egyptian cotton.

depends which of the two relevant bars is higher as to which t2 product you get, i assume this is set up that way on purpose because sometimes you want the lower end t2 product instead of the better one.

I think I understand now - higher grain influence gives egyptian cotton if total is lower than 150, but it switches to indian cotton on a T3 field.
