i see that people selling water, why? whats so special of a plain water? and if there is special water..where do i get it?

Water, like everything else used in crafting, has various alchemical properties. You can find different quality waters by searching around with a container in different places. At this time, wells all have the same 0 purity water, though.
edit: better purity water or water of hard to find qualities can be worth good money.
