if someone has an evidence can someone track with an evidence whitout taking any scent from battle scene of crime? i mean if i give someone a scent how can someone track criminals?

No, you can't track with the evidence, you have to go to the crime scene and collect a scent.
Unless you want to check every claim and leanto with said evidence.

what if the battery of evidence exhaust? i mean if i get 5 or 6 scents can i find criminal's base?

It is recommended to collect as many scents as you can get so you can add up your charges and track for a longer time. Whether you can find your perpetrator with 5 or 6 scents or not depends on how far away his homestead is from the crime scene and how fast you can get there.

If the scents have disappeared from the ground (the bouncing exclamation marks), you can't track him anymore.
