plucked/stuffed turkeys

is there a trick to getting these or just random chance? had a few before but didnt really pay attention to how long i had them in the coop etc before butchering. now i have killed probably 80+ turkeys without getting any.

I thought all "bred" turkeys were pluckable.....

maybe thats it, been eating mine pretty fast so guess they didnt get a chance to hatch and so on.

Yep, only domesticated turkeys are pluckable. Those things are nice too, if you butch them you get 8 meat cuts instead of the 2 you would get with a wild one. Not to mention the stuffed turkey is also good if you've got the ingredients.
